'Tis the season for Grand Theft Auto VI, as the 12-year wait for the next lawless outing in Vice City is quickly approaching.
But with PlayStation and Xbox consoles reaching all-time high figures, jacked up just in time for a new wave of gamers getting back into GTA - typically - is there any way for a gamer to enjoy the nightlife of Miami and ship Jason and Lucia's complex relationship for less than $1,000?
Well, enter the 'Can I play GTA 6 on...' trend.
In a bid to avoid the colossal console prices, gamers are using the DOOM recipe (a viral trend that sees people emulate the old-school Bethesda game on Tractor screens and Tamagotchis) and searching for creative ways to run GTA 6.

But in typical gamer-gooner fashion, these searches are more obscene than the DOOM trend.
Anyway, I'll have a go at answering them for you.
Can I play GTA 6 on my air fryer?
At the top of the search bar on Google is 'Can I play GTA 6 on my air fryer?' and while you think this might be a stupid request, well, you'd be right.
But it's less cooked than you might have first thought - literally.
Much like how people have managed to play DOOM on any screen, it could technically be possible to have your air fryer power a screen that portrays GTA 6. Just, very, very badly. You will also have an overheating problem, and then you'll still need a console to plug in, and answer to your parents when their chicken wings smell like a graphics card.
Can I play GTA 6 on my dog?
This one is a firm no. Under no circumstances should a doggo be harmed in the making and playing of GTA 6.

Can I play GTA 6 on my cat?
Aha, I bet whoever searched this thought they were being funny by using the feline special as a joke. But unlike the dog, you technically can play on a cat- of sorts.
Taking that same recipe that makes an air fryer somewhat viable, you could run an emulator on the screen of a 10- to 14-inch screen in the Caterpillar (CAT) D1 Bulldozer. Take that.
Of course, you really shouldn't be operating that kind of heavy machinery while simultaneously mowing down the police force in Vice City. There's got to be a health and safety hazard there.
Can I play GTA 6 on my fridge?
Right, this one is just as possible as the air fryer. In fact, DOOM already runs on high-end fridge screens.
We still face the impossible task of making it run on more than one frame per second. Some fridges, like the Samsung Smart Fridge, have screens that can host up to 60 frames per second, but for actual GTA 6 gameplay, you'd struggle to get a solid picture for more than a few seconds.
However, it comes with a free cooling system and serves as a snack dispenser, so if you're picking any obscure screen to sit next to, why the heck not a fridge?
Can I play GTA 6 on my toucan?
I thought long and hard on this question, much longer than I care to admit. There's a Hyundai Tucson, which could emulate GTA, technically, but that's a stretch, even for this thread.
But no, I couldn't possibly find a way to run GTA 6 on a toucan.
Can I play GTA 6 on my testicle?
Ah, you sickos. There's a lot of adult content in GTA, but for some reason, there's a lot of googling about playing the game on explicit body parts. Left testie, right testie, and any other excess skin on a male private area seem to be attracting some very obscure GTA 6 requests.
Here's the answer: No. No, no, no, NO! Grow up.
Does GTA 6 have a twerk button?
While not following the same theme, GTA 6 players are also hot on the keyboard for twerking mechanics - the Rule 34 gang is at it again. Yet the booty-bouncing bananza has foundations.
Having appeared as a mass social media trend last year, one YouTuber managed to trick AI bots like Google Gemini into believing that there is a twerking button in the game.
However, it was all a ploy. There will be no popping and locking from your characters.
All in all, Grand Theft Auto VI will be supported on Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5, and PC.
