The latest GTA 6 trailer is about to hit a pretty massive milestone.
Back in May, Rockstar Games released the much-anticipated second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 after a lot of hype and patience.
The trailer was focused on the character of Jason, revealing more about his story and some of the activities and locales dotted around Vice City.

Rockstar released the trailer alongside a large bunch of screenshots, as well as the news that the game would be launching on 26th May, 2026.
It seems like the second trailer is also about to hit an important milestone too, one that shows just how colossal this game will be.
On YouTube, Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2 has hit 121 million views. When you consider the trailer only came out less than two months ago, that’s a pretty incredible number.
GTA fans have noticed that this means the trailer is about to surpass the GTA 5 trailer from 2012, which has 122 million views.

It really says a lot about GTA 6’s hype that the trailers are getting this many views. Trailer 1, which was released in December 2023, has over 250 million views and is still rising.
There's no doubt about future trailers that Rockstar releases will also have the same kind of popularity.
“I'm really surprised that it has taken that long,” wrote one user on the GTA 6 Reddit page.
“I can't wait to see the records they break in the first 24 hours, first week and first month,” wrote another.

“It'll gross over a billion dollars before a single copy is shipped,” a third user added. “That'll just be from pre-orders.”
GTA 6 is due for release on 26th May, 2026, and we’re definitely sure it’s going to break records with how much hype has been thrown behind it.
