GTA VI fans are astounded by the size of the open-world, based on leaked images that have since been deleted.

The next Rockstar open-world game is going to be the biggest the developer has made so far no doubt, but I don’t think anyone is prepared for just how large it’ll be.

We’ve seen glimpses of GTA VI’s open-world in the first trailer but fans are waiting for the second to get a feel for just how impressive the game will be, but there’s been no word from Rockstar on when we’ll see it.

In the meantime, the community has done what it does best and discussed non-stop the things they’d like to see when the game launches next year.

The size of the open-world has been a big part of this as you’d imagine, with many expecting a world larger than Red Dead Redemption 2.

Leaked screenshots did the rounds not too long ago that confirmed the world was massive, but, of course, the actual scale is yet to be seen.

The screenshots have been deleted over time but fans are still talking about them, with one post suggesting that the city part of the map is much, much larger than Los Santos and yet still takes up a small part of the overall game.

With the game set in the fictional version of Florida, some fans are wondering how Rockstar will tackle the different terrain compared to GTA V’s fictional California setting, saying, “Florida is pretty flat compared to California so it’ll be interesting to see how they add verticality.”

Another suggested sea travel will be much bigger in GTA VI than GTA V as “Miami is likely to be a wide/long city along the oceanfront” which we seemingly have already seen in the first trailer.

Hopefully, Rockstar surprises us with another trailer before the end of the year, one that gives us a proper in-depth look at the world of GTA VI before it launches in 2025.
