With Grand Theft Auto VI being the most anticipated game release of all time, it is perhaps no wonder that hackers have been making it their life goal to leak as much footage and information as possible.
After all, it was Grand Theft Auto VI which was subject to a major leak back in 2022 with the hacker releasing over 90 clips showcasing the game’s early development.
Since then, there is no doubt that other hackers have been trying to do the same but it seems as though one ex-Rockstar Games employee is doing the job for them.
Yesterday saw the former Rockstar Games employee post a “2025 demo reel” online which may have showed some footage from Red Dead Redemption 2, which they undoubtedly worked on, but also showed some unseen early-development footage from Grand Theft Auto VI.

The two clips show a character model taking out a bike from a bike rack and mounting it before we then see them park it back up.
The second shows a model which looks a lot like GTA VI’s Lucia jumping out of a truck by climbing down from its roof, then into the truck bed before out onto the pavement.
It is clear that these clips are an example of the former developer’s animation work but it is also evident that they have been taken from Grand Theft Auto VI, especially with the second clip showing what looks like Vice City in the background.

We will not share the clips here. But you only have to search on social media and Reddit to find them as, as you can imagine, fans are going wild.
The original post has since been taken down but multiple screen-recordings of it still exist.
Not only that but fans have been quick to share their thoughts on the newly released content.
Fans are Impressed... For Once
“Finally, a new GTA 6 leak that is actually real,” one Reddit user said over on r/GamingLeaksAndRumours.
Another fan seemed excited about the character models themselves.
“The movement animations look damn smooth!” They announced.
With the former Rockstar Games developer rumoured to have worked for the company for over 20-years, it remains to be seen what this leak will mean for them.
However, with fans finally getting a crumb of Grand Theft Auto VI footage ahead of the highly anticipated third trailer, it would appear as though they have other concerns.
