One of these days, I’ll actually put some proper time into GTA V's online mode, GTA Online. It has all the bits of Grand Theft Auto that I like, but it feels like a chore having to learn all the intricacies of online play.
The latest update actually sounds like a great addition, and it’ll keep players busy until the inevitable next update, which will keep them busier, until finally we reach the launch day of GTA VI.
So, the latest update, what does it bring to GTA Online? The headliner seems to be the new delivery missions called Safeguard Deliveries, which have you ferrying packages across the city, all while thugs and gangs try to stop you.

I love this comment from a player on Twitter, who said, “Love how y’all made GTA missions feel like I'm running Amazon Prime with enemies.”
Not gonna lie, I like the sound of that.
You can find all the details on the Rockstar Games blog, as usual, but if you’re too lazy to click over there, I can break things down here.
Now you’re a delivery driver, you’ll accept a contract at Gruppe Sechs, or Bobcat Security, and then be given a reinforced Brute Stockade to drive around.

Once you’ve got your delivery point, head out and try to deliver the goods, all while nefarious villains (kind of like yourself) try to nab the package.
Rockstar Games notes that you can “complete three Safeguard deliveries to complete the Weekly Challenge and get the Hands On Car Wash Overalls, plus earn a boosted bonus of GTA$200,000”.
On top of this, there are a bunch of new cars available in the new update, as well as the normal bonuses to RP and GTA$.
If you’re yearning for something new to pass the time, it sounds like this update is just the ticket.
