Haven't managed to get your hands on a PlayStation 5 or an Xbox Series X pre-order? Well, perhaps you'd like to know that it's likely that Best Buy is restocking both for Black Friday.
According to ScreenRant, both next-gen consoles are going to be available from the retailer for the biggest sale of the year, and although these consoles aren't going to be marked down in price, they could be hitting shelves for those of you brave enough to venture into the sales this November.
Of course, Black Friday has become the sort of consumer Christmas day. The day after Thanksgiving it seems that every shop on the planet decides to put products on sale. A great time to get a deal or presents for the holiday in December.

In a newspaper advert that has appeared online, Best Buy has advertised that during its Black Friday Sale, it will have the newest consoles available to purchase, despite reports that COVID-19 has severally impacted their production processes.
Both PlayStation and Xbox have had some messy beginnings to their preorders. PlayStations went out of stock almost as quickly as they appeared and Xbox preorders were a little messy too. So far, it looks like in terms of demand, that the PlayStation 5 is in the lead - we reported that the PS5 makes up about 72% of all the preorders this next-gen launch.
Some good news though, is that the consoles will only be available online - so you don't have to risk breaking social distancing rules this year to get the tech that you really want. Here's to hoping that future in-person Black Friday sales are less scary and frantic than the videos we see online each November.

The PlayStation 5 is released on November 12 for those in the US and November 19 for the UK and EU. The Xbox Series X and S land November 10.
