It's no secret that video games can sometimes make us a little... angry. FromSoftware titles like Bloodborne and Dark Souls have caused me to scream at the TV until I'm blue in the face, while Mario Kart has a habit of getting me to swear like a sailor.
The crucial thing to remember, of course, it's that it's just a game. I'm a firm supporter of letting yourself be pissed off with a game to an extent: there's a certain catharsis in loudly venting your frustrations at a computer monitor. But people have a habit of taking it a little too far.
As you can see below, one young man visiting what looks to be an internet café got so mad at the game he was playing that he managed to punch a hole in the poor monitor.
The CCTV picked up the entire incident, showing the enraged gamer deck the screen in a flash. His body language very much indicates that he immediately regretted his actions. You can actually see it in the way he reaches out his other hand to stroke the part of the monitor he's just bodied. Although, as others on Reddit have pointed out, the speed with which he got up and left very much suggests this isn't the first cracked screen he's created.

"I wonder if wiping it away with his finger worked last time though," joked one user.
"It's weird how when we break a screen, our first instinct is to touch it," added another. "It is really similar to how when we get a minor injury like a scratch, we do the same."
Personally, I would just not break the screen. And as others in the comments observed, if you know you get too angry when you play video games, you should probably work on that before it gets out of control and you do something stupid... like destroy a piece of equipment that doesn't belong to you.
