Getting your hands on V-Bucks is one of life’s greatest gifts if you are a Fortnite player and now it seems as though you will be able to get your hands on 1,000 of them at no extra cost.
Despite being free-to-play, Fortnite joins the group of much-loved shooters that will see you spend way more than what the game is even worth thanks to regularly released cosmetics.
After all, it is all well and good dominating the battleground and getting that Victory Royale, but you also need to look the part.
With thousands of skins to choose from, spending money in Fortnite is too easy, especially with regular collaborations between Epic Games and some of our favourite franchises.

Just last month saw the much-loved The Simpsons collaboration make a splash with players able to purchase everything from character skins to Homer’s car and more.
Now it is time for all things Kill Bill with the Quentin Tarantino movie franchise making its way to Fortnite with all of the cosmetics you would expect.
Like I said, it is not a cheap hobby but players can now get their hands on 1,000 V-Bucks in a surprise discovery.
Spotted by Twitter user Fecooo and shared on the Backers | Fortnite Leaks account, players who purchase the Fortnite Starter Pack will now receive 1,000 V-Bucks as opposed to the 600 that it used to be.
Better yet, it is available at the exact same price.

Expect More Than Just V-Bucks
As you can expect from its title, the Shaka Surfin’ Starter Pack is perfect for all Fortnite newbies as not only will it give you some V-Bucks to get started with, but it also comes alongside a Malibu Outfit (LEGO Style), Sharkie Back Bling, and the Shaka Shark Slapper Pickaxe.
Coming in at $4.49, this is quite the steal and now with 400 more V-Bucks on offer, it is definitely worth grabbing if you haven’t already.
It is currently unclear if those who have already purchased this back will receive the extra V-Bucks, but let’s face it, it is pretty unlikely.
Nevertheless, those who have yet to purchase it are feeling excited over the increase.
“I wasn’t planning on buying it but now I have to,” one Twitter user shared.
“That 1K looks too delicious to not pick up.”
Another agreed, adding, “Yeah I’m just gonna buy this and the previous 5 starter packs for $5 each to see if each one gives me 1K V-Bucks.”
So there you have it, bag yourself 1,000 V-Bucks alongside some exclusive cosmetics and make sure to hurry just in case Epic Games changes its mind.
