Fallout 4 players wowed by hidden stash that’s not on the map

Visit for the loot, stay for the cool explosions

Fallout 4 players are just finding out about one of the coolest unmarked locations in the entire game, almost 10 whole years after the game released.

Bethesda love putting a bunch of cool, important stuff in their games in the most random places. Most of the time, it’s pretty obvious that somewhere is worth exploring, because they’ll mark the spot on your map once you discover it.

But sometimes the most unassuming locations hide some of the coolest secrets… because they are completely unmarked, even after you find them.

For instance, have you ever wondered underneath the ocean in Fallout 4? There are so many secrets and spots to loot, but you really have to go out of your way to find them.

Or, there’s my own personal favourite spot: 35 Court. There’s a full suit of Power Armor there and a slew of safes to unlock, but it’s mostly just fun to go there so you can watch a bunch of Gunners and Raiders duke it out.

Bethesda recently dropped Oblivion: Remastered, and it's so good.

However, one user over on the r/Fallout subreddit thinks they’ve discovered the coolest unmarked location in the game… and I think they’re right.

The “Oxygen Tank Rocket Shed” (as user halfhere calls it) is a little shack northeast of Relay tower 0BB-915 that has some half-decent loot, but it’s not really what you can take from the location that makes it worth visiting.

So what makes it worth the trip? Well, you get to blow a bunch of stuff up.

I’ll let YouTuber Illum Nati take it from here if you want to ruin the surprise before you find it for yourself, but trust me when I say you’ll be glad you made the detour once you get there.

Well, I’m glad we’ve figured that one out. Although now I gotta wonder… what’s the coolest unmarked location in Fallout: New Vegas?
