November 12 is Disney+ Day, where the streaming service celebrates its second anniversary with a wealth of freshly added content for your eyeballs. Long-term subscribers and newcomers alike will have plenty of shows and movies to dig into - and on the games-ish side of things, there’s a new Green Room experience to test yourself with.
The Green Room is live right now - go on, give it a click here - and features 46 items in total for players to find and name: just click what you see, and type the corresponding show into the box that pops up. Every correctly identified object earns you extra time on the countdown, to the right of the screen.
Stuck? There’s a hint function to the left - but it still won’t be easy to get all of these, covering as they do all manner of Disney classics, modern blockbusters, Star Wars and Marvel action, and some bespectacled individuals straight out of leftfield. Did someone say dinosaurs? A little bonus clue for you, there.

Disney+ Day will see a huge amount of lovely new viewing options land on the service. Amongst them is the new Star drama Dopesick, which LADbible covers in more depth over here. Based on real-life events surrounding America's struggle with opioid addiction, it stars Michael Keaton, Kaitlyn Dever, Will Poulton and Rosario Dawson.
In terms of movies, November 12 sees a host arrive on Disney+, including Jungle Cruise, Home Sweet Home Alone, the streaming premiere of Marvel’s Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, and the much-loved Enchanted from 2007.
Show wise, there’s all-new Olaf Presents shorts, which is sure to appeal to all fans of the Frozen phenomenon; a new Simpsons short, The Simpsons In Plusaversary; Ciao Alberto, a new Disney Pixar short spinning off from the movie Luca; and much more. (Some of which can be seen in the video embedded above.)
Elsewhere, Star Wars fans can go behind the scenes with Under The Helmet: The Legacy Of Boba Fett, a documentary (almost, kinda) coinciding with the launch of the new series, The Book of Boba Fett, which debuts on December 29. And Marvel admirers can look forward to Marvel Studios' 2021 Disney+ Day Special, which has ‘special’ in the title so, yeah, expect something special. That’s how these things usually work.
