To celebrate the recent launch of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, CD Projekt Red are giving players the chance to redeem some in-game goodies which is especially worthwhile if you’re The Witcher 3 fans.
Last week saw the long-awaited release of Cyberpunk 2077’s first and only expansion, Phantom Liberty. Featuring Idris Elba taking on the role of Solomon Reed in a story of political powerplay and espionage, it has quickly become known as one of the ‘best expansions’ in recent years. This is an amazing achievement considering we all remember how broken Cyberpunk 2077 was at launch in 2020 but since then, it has been hailed as one of the best open world titles.

To celebrate its successful launch, fans can get their hands on some The Witcher 3 inspired goodies for their V. The digital items up for grabs are a Rarog Vest, Wild Hunt Jacket, Gwynbleidd sword, Scorch weapon, and Gwent T-Shirt. Although these are available for free, the catch is that you must have played The Witcher 3 and Gwent from your account.
If you are still eligible, simply head to the ‘My rewards page’ on Cyberpunk 2077’s official website and sign up for the programme. As the items are distributed through GOG.com, you will also need to make an account there. Once you have done all that, you will be free to download the goodies to your game and tear through Night City looking like a cyber-enhanced Geralt of Rivia. If you have not played The Witcher 3, there are still some rewards available for downloading Phantom Liberty so make sure to have a browse.
With Cyberpunk 2077 having a resurgence and recently hitting 180,000 concurrent players on Steam, it is perhaps one of the best comebacks in gaming history. Despite that, CD Projekt Red has already turned its attention to the sequel and revealed that Phantom Liberty will be the last big update. It’s a shame V’s story is over but it will be exciting to see what comes next.
