Season Four of both Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone is almost upon us - although we’ve still not got an official start time for it, the Season Three Battle Pass is set to expire on 22 June, so, y’know, it’s gotta be soon. Like, next week levels of soon.

The next season is called Mercenaries of Fortune, and as reported by Push Square, we just got our first look at a brand new map, which will be added to the games as part of a free content update next week, on 22 June.

Take a look at the new map coming to Vanguard and Warzone below.

Our new map is called Fortune’s Keep, and it’s set on a Mediterranean island. It looks pretty huge, too - it’s composed of the keep itself, a winery, town, and a beach area called Smuggler’s Cove, which comes complete with three ziplines and 11 boats, just for good measure. The video above details all the staircases, ladders, rooms, huts and more dotted around the new map, so if you wanna get ahead of the game and get strategising before it even comes out, be sure to give it a peep and figure out what’s what.

In other Call of Duty news, we’ve been seeing a whole load of stuff about Modern Warfare II this past week or so. After finally getting a proper reveal trailer (as in, one that wasn’t just logos or Pete Davidson, for some reason), we also got our first look at some gameplay footage, and, well, it sure is CoD. It all looks incredibly realistic - the new tech that’s being used to power the visuals (including all the good stuff like water dynamics) is definitely doing its job.

Preorders for Modern Warfare II are live now, too - anyone who preorders will also get themselves access to the open-beta, when that’s available. PlayStation users will be getting access to the beta first, by the way, so do keep that in mind when choosing your platform.
