For over 20 years since its inception on PC back in 2003 the Call of Duty series has been one of the biggest franchises of all time and is still going strong today.

It’s perhaps a testament to how powerfully popular Call of Duty is, even when it releases a game such as Modern Warfare III in 2023. A game universally panned by critics and fans alike, but still went on to sell copies in the millions for publisher Activision.

Check out our interview with the Modern Warfare III developers below!

In my campaign review for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, I said: “In a year that has brought us so much joy with some amazing video game releases, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III somehow manages to lower the tone.” As a lifelong fan of the series, I really hope that Call of Duty redeems itself in 2024.

Regardless of what you may or may not think of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III campaign, hopefully, you’re having fun with its multiplayer, whether it be the traditional modes or the free-to-play Call of Duty: Warzone. If so, and if you want some free DLC, then we’ve got a little bit of good news for you. Well, as long as you’re an Amazon Prime subscriber, that is.

If you subscribe to Amazon Prime, you get access to Prime Gaming which gives you free games and DLC at no extra cost. You can even donate a one-month subscription to your favourite content creators on Twitch at no cost whatsoever. Available now via Prime Gaming is the ‘Saddle Up’ DLC pack which is not only compatible with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III but also Modern Warfare II and Warzone.

The ‘Saddle Up’ DLC pack which can be redeemed for either PC, PlayStation or Xbox, includes:

  • Range Watcher (Jabber Operator Skin)
  • Ol' Lethal (DG-56 AR Weapon Blueprint)
  • Pistols at Dusk (Calling Card)
  • You Fast? (Sticker)
  • Cowboy Life (Loading Screen)

You have until 21 March 2024 to claim the free ‘Saddle Up’s DLC pack. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is available now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
