Now to celebrate the upcoming launch of Black Ops 7 Season 1, the PlayStation blog has shared all we need to know about the game’s new maps, modes, loadout content, and more.
“Be ready to defeat all adversaries in the biggest Season 01 ever, bringing a massive variety of maps, modes, loadout content, and more, including the new Astra Malorum Zombies map and the new Haven’s Hollow Resurgence map in Call of Duty: Warzone,” it reads.

Arriving on 4 December, Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 features tons of new content and features including updates to the post Co-Op Campaign epilogue, Endgame, new maps and modes (including some fan favourites) and even story progression for its Zombie mode.
The new maps include Fate, Utopia, Odysseus, and Standoff whilst new multiplayer modes star Prop Hunt, Sharpshooter, and One in the Chamber which is a certified Call of Duty classic.
Zombies fans will love the new map titled ‘Astra Malorum’ where players will be transported to an observatory set on a skull-shaped asteroid in outer space.

“I’m hyped for any fresh content even if it’s in Black Ops! Can’t wait to see how the zombie quest challenges stack up against a good ol’ GTA heist. Here’s to late-night grinding and epic wins in both worlds!” One user shared.
Here at GAMINGbible, our very own Richard Lee Breslin called Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 “a shell of its former self” so let us hope that this brand-new content will improve the latest entry.
“Call of Duty deserves so much better, and if there’s anything that I’ve learned from Black Ops 7, it's that the annual releases need to come to an end ASAP, so that the developers can have more time to ensure that each new release lives up to the legacy of this series that has been built over the last two decades,” his review read.
“Hopefully, the next entry will get the series back on track.”
