Fans are eager to see what the team will cook up, but we’ve got a few months to wait until we get a better look at the possible storylines and villains Batman will face off against.

One big question being asked by fans is how this will fit in with the rest of DC Comics Batman series.

As one fan asks, “Is this going to be a whole new comic series or is it going to be a limited run with a few issues? Anyone know?”

It might be a while before we get an answer to the question, so for now, we’ll admire the stunning art from Jorge Jiménez and get excited along with everyone else.

“Please be good please be good please be good,” pleads one eager fan.

Another feeds into their own hype, exclaiming, “Matt Fraction writing Batman is something we didn’t know we needed. And with Jorge Jiménez on art? This already looks so good”

Among the art, you can see the design of Batman broken down into detail, and he looks better than ever, channelling a retro style, combined with the outfit we got in The Animated Series.

The thrills continue, with one fan saying, “Wow, a new creative team on BATMAN,

Matt Fraction writing is pretty awesome news. Jorge Jiménez's art is fantastic, so that's a great pairing.”

Things are looking good for Batman, and DC has been pushing into some fascinating stories of late, especially through the recent Absolute Batman arcs. Keep your eye on this one.
