With the upcoming Avengers films, it seems Marvel is pulling out all the stops and throwing in every character it can think of for the epic crossover.
We’re constantly inundated with news, both official and rumours, about stars signing on to appear in either Avengers: DOOMSDAY or Avengers: Secret Wars.

The latest to be rumoured are Deadpool and Wolverine, whose recent outing became a box office smash, surely lining them up to appear in the Avengers duology.
When reported on Reddit that the stars may appear, fans were seemingly divided on the news.
“I wasn’t expecting them to have a role in anything until Secret Wars, but I’m happy about this. Don’t bother making these movies about the 'new' characters. Just make them a big celebration of the last nearly 30 years of Marvel cinema before the big reset,” comments Aggressive_Tart_3137.
Of course, the sarcasm came into play with replies like this one, “Breaking news: Avengers movies includes all characters in the universe.”
While some MCU fans are happy, posting things like, “Yay, more Marvel Jesus,” others wonder, “Do you guys ever get tired of repeating the same thing everyday??”
It does feel like Marvel will approach the next two Avengers films by throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks.
The cast is getting so large it’ll be hard to allocate screen time to everyone, though even if Deadpool and Wolverine do appear, it could very well be as cameos.
“I'm already liking the film less and less the more I hear,” comments one Redditor.
From the plans we’re hearing through the grapevine, it’s either going to be monumentally epic, or an expensive dud that leaves us wondering if the superhero bubble is bursting.
We’ll only find out once the films drop, and we can judge for ourselves.
