Harry Potter fans discover Harry is related to last character we expected

Harry Potter is apparently related to more characters than we thought, the family tree runs very deep.

While Harry Potter himself is an important figure within the wizarding world his family name is just as important, and those who became part of it like Sirius Black.

Of course by the end of the franchise and the finale of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, he really doesn't have many family members left...

Fans have of course tore this family tree apart looking for connections between characters and some have argued that Harry is technically related to his best friend Ron Weasely and even Draco Malfoy.

“If you look on the Black family tree you can see a Weasley marry a family member, and since Sirius's cousin is Draco’s mom, they are kind of related in a way” read a post by rayray_0420.

Sure enough that is technically true but it’s not as weird as it may sound, as many commenters pointed out that it’s due to marriage.

That said plenty saw opportunity to joke about the weird relationships of the wizarding world, with one commenter saying “wizards, they're made of incest” and another adding “all the pureblood families are related.”

One even said “Well, if you put it that way then Hogwarts is just a big family reunion. Even muggleborns were distantly descended from squibs.”

It\s awfully strange, and it makes you wonder if J.K Rowling thought about any of this between books or whether it was some abnormal accident, like Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince…

Anyway I’m sure Ron would be thrilled to learn he had some relation to his best mate, we all know it’d be Draco who takes offense to the idea, probably by screaming his head off and trying to kill Harry again…
