As the excitement builds towards the HBO adaptation of Harry Potter, casting rumours are starting to swirl, and fans are chiming in with their thoughts on which actors should fill certain roles.

In one thread, frogboxcrob has suggested a great bit of casting, shouting out Simon Pegg for the role of Arthur Weasley.
“I think he’d be perfect,” noted Secure-Television541.
Another Redditor exclaimed, “Oh hell yes. This is the first one this thread got right.”
This, of course, brings up the question of who should play his on-screen wife, Molly Weasley, and once again Reddit steps in.

This calls back to the pair acting together, and sparking a life-long friendship, on the set of Spaced back in 1999.
The two have worked together several times throughout their career and would play the roles to perfection, in my opinion.
This sparked many to suggest that Nick Frost should step in to play Hagrid, however, many believe Frost is too small for the role.

“I still think Mark Addy is far and away the best Hagrid casting. Just don't think I'd believe Nick Frost as a giant without it feeling weird, as I know in my head he's tiny,” said one reply from the thread’s original poster.
PeachesToybox64 goes on to comment on Simon Pegg as Arthur, saying, “This would be great. He gives off that "nice guy beaten down by a crappy work-life" aura.”
Now I’ve pictured this, I can’t imagine anyone else in the role. Get on it, HBO.
