Details on The Elder Scrolls VI have been allegedly shared online, but it’s troublesome for those who expect the game to be coming out anytime soon.
The Elder Scrolls VI is currently in development with Bethesda but it’s believed work only truly started after Starfield launched, even though the next Elder Scrolls game was announced long before then.
So many years later and we still only have this damn teaser trailer to show for it, it’s ridiculous.
Details on the game pop up every now and then, from rumours to straight up fabrications, but an alleged Bethesda employee has claimed to have real information on the upcoming RPG.

The unknown leaker is apparently an environment designer for Bethesda and has said The Elder Scrolls VI will include a vast ocean players can sail across, in a ship of their own design, with base building also due to be included.
Other details were added, and it was claimed the game will be finished in two years time.
Fans have been taking this information with a hefty handful of salt as we don’t know who this person is, and the claims they’ve been making give off “water is wet” vibes.
What’s really got fans riled up though is the idea that it’ll take another two years for development on The Elder Scrolls VI to finish, meaning that release date is creeping further and further away.

Others in the thread it was shared to simply tore the “leak” apart, saying it’s the same insider knowledge that’s shared all the time because it’s a pretty safe bet that you’ll be able to build a base, and given how Starfield let players build their own starship, building your own naval vessel isn’t a stretch of the imagination either.
Hopefully, Bethesda gives us an update soon, as these rumours are driving fans up the wall, the game really shouldn’t have been announced so early.
