Red Dead Redemption 2 fans only have one week to grab this free download before the chance is lost.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best video games of all time and for some, it’s even the best game that Grand Theft Auto developer, Rockstar Games has to offer. This opinion is supported by its impressive score of 97 on Metacritic.

Released in 2018, Red Dead Redemption 2 stars Arthur Morgan, a leading member of the infamous Dutch van der Linde gang, taking place before the events of the 2010 game starring John Marston.
Once you are done playing the fantastic single-player campaign of Red Dead Redemption 2, you can cause all sorts of Wild West shenanigans in its multiplayer game, Red Dead Online.

Despite not being supported by expansion-sized content updates as seen in GTA V’s multiplayer game, GTA Online, there’s still plenty of fun to be had with the Wild West offering.
Pretty much every month, Rockstar Games introduces new events to Red Dead Online with the latest being ‘Blood Money Bonuses’. Typically, these events will reward players with free weapons, cosmetics, bonus XP and in-game currency for simply playing the game.

As part of the latest event, players will receive 25 Capitale and a blue Manteca Hat for playing between now and 3 February 2025. Capitale is a special currency for completing Blood Money missions which can grant you access to more difficult missions with greater rewards.
What’s more, by completing any Free Roam Event right now, you will be able to change your in-game avatar's appearance for free. Changing your character's appearance in Red Dead Online is free for the first time, but after that, it will cost you in-game currency.
So being able to change your avatars appearance for free is a nice little bonus. However, you need to act fast, because you only have until Monday, 13 January 2025 to claim this free reward.
Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online are out now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
