A new month means new arrivals to the PlayStation Plus subscription service and November is already set to be a banger with the addition of one exciting free download.

After an exciting month for PlayStation Plus in October, November is set to follow suit with one title already being announced for the service. First up will be Sifu which arrives as a one-hour full game trial with PS Plus Premium and Deluxe. Valid until 28 January, the offer will give players the chance to try before they buy and with a positive rating, it is not a title to miss out on.

Take a look at a combat system overview for Sifu below!

Sifu is a roguelike beat ‘em up developed by French studio Sloclap. Set in modern-day China, you will take on the role of a child of a martial arts school’s sifu (teacher) who wants revenge on those responsible for their father’s death. The third-person brawler features realistic Kung Fu combat mechanics and cinematic martial arts action as you hunt down your father’s killers.

Whether you play as a male or female fighter, you will find yourself alone and without allies on your quest for revenge. However, you will be armed with your trusty amulet that will break you back from death but, of course, it has a catch. Each time you use the amulet’s powers, you will face aging and its consequences so use it sparingly.

You will also be able to head into Sifu’s arenas which will add multiple hours of gameplay in the form of 5 new game modes, 15 locations and 120 challenges. Designed to put your Kung Fu skills to the test, the arenas will give you ample opportunities to hone your skills for the journey ahead.

Released in March this year, Sifu has gone on to gain a ‘mostly positive’ rating on Steam and 8.1 user score on Metacritic. Put simply, it is not one to miss out on.
