Xbox fans can play Starfield in style with the new limited-edition controller, which Amazon is selling for a reduced price.

If you’re like me, you’re probably one of millions of players excited for the release of Starfield, the next big Xbox exclusive and Bethesda’s first new IP in years.

Check out the Starfield story trailer below!

The upcoming title has made several headlines, with a mix of excited Xbox fans planning sick days, salty PlayStation users who are campaigning to change the game to a PS5 exclusive, and even some who are still annoyed at the 30fps cap on consoles.

Regardless, the majority of players simply can’t wait to get their hands on the game, many of which want to experience everything the 1,000 planets have to offer in the best way possible, whether it be a more powerful CPU, or the topic of today’s discussion, a shiny new controller.

That’s right - a limited-edition Starfield Xbox controller has been doing the rounds on online stores retailing for around $79/£64, as well as a headset for $124/£114. The controller features a slick new design reminiscent of the customisable spaceships found in the game, with flight-control decals, a metallic appearance and some branding from one of the story’s main factions.

As you can imagine, many collectors are eager to add the controller to their collections, but some aren’t willing to splurge for the full retail price just yet. Luckily, there’s a limited-time deal lurking in an unlikely place, Amazon Spain, which is currently offering the controller for about €58, which is equivalent to £53. That’s a saving of £12 compared to the Amazon UK listing, so if you’re desperate to get your hands on the Starfield controller, that deal might be worth considering.

Starfield aims to put an entire galaxy in the palm of your hand, so it’s only right that your controller reflects that, plus it’ll look great on display, so that’s always an incentive.
