A stunning new adventure created with Unreal Engine 5 awaits your arrival, should you need a game to scratch that RPG itch.

This upcoming Steam title isn’t available just yet, however, it promises quite the experience upon its release.

We could return to the shores of The Witcher 3 for the hundredth time, as well as schedule our annual trip to Skyrim, but we want more.

Described as blending aspects of The Witcher and The Elder Scrolls together, Chrono Odyssey should be on your radar if it isn’t already.

Showcasing “awe-inspiring visuals” courtesy of the Unreal Engine, we know that, at least aesthetically, this experience will hit the mark.

But what of its story?

Well, this action MMORPG isn’t big on narrative, sadly. However, there’s enough diversity here via its biomes and open world events that we doubt you’ll tire of it easily.

“A seamless and unrestricted exploration of any terrain is offered by Chrono Odyssey thanks to its open world concept. It also features many different biomes, including grasslands, snowlands, swamps, and more.”

Alongside its vast environments, there’s also customisation, arguably one of the most attractive features of any RPG.

You want to look the part when you’re exploring dungeons and going on raids with your friends, after all.

The release date for this game is “to be announced soon”, which isn’t exactly helpful for you lot when trying to plan ahead.

Still, while there’s no specific date set as of yet, at least you can wishlist Chrono Odyssey to avoid missing its launch.

And if it’s really of no interest to you, there’s a free Steam download available right now that The Legend of Zelda fandom should check out.

Before we leave you to explore what other Steam games are on offer, it’s worth noting that Chrono Odyssey is only available for PC players and not Mac users.
