If you want one of the best games available on Steam today for free, then you need to claim ASAP to avoid missing out.

Subscription services such as PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass can be great ways to save money because a single monthly cost to either can be far less than the price of a newly released AAA game.

Check out the ScourgeBringer trailer below!

That being said, nothing beats claiming a quality video game for free with no subscription needed. One such game is ScourgeBringer, a critically acclaimed indie game developed by Flying Oak Games and E-Studio.

“ScourgeBringer is a fast-paced free-moving roguelite platformer. Help Kyhra to explore the unknown and slash her way through ancient machines guarding the seal of her past, and maybe the redemption of humanity,” reads the description of the game.

At the time of writing, ScourgeBringer has an impressive Steam user rating of “Very Positive” from over 2,300 reviews. So you know that it comes with a quality seal of approval.

Right now, PC digital store outlet Fanatical is giving away free Steam keys for ScourgeBringer. However, you need to act fast because there are only 100,000 free Steam keys available.

100,000 sounds like a lot but in the grand scheme of the internet, those keys can dwindle in no time, especially as word spreads across social media.

To claim the free ScourgeBringer Steam key, you first need to subscribe to the Fanatical Newsletter via its official website. Then you just need a Fanatical account and link it to your Steam account. Finally, add the game to your cart on Fanatical and proceed to the checkout.

Once the ScourgeBringer Steam key has been redeemed, it’s yours to keep forever, unless you deactivate your Steam account, of course.

ScourgeBringer is out now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
