The weekend is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than by getting sucked in by a brand-new game?

Not only that but with four new free Steam games up for grabs at absolutely no cost, you really have no excuse.

Now available on Steam’s PC storefront, users can get their hands on a 3D exploration game, a gambling idler, an open-world survival game, and a management game set in space.

So without further ado, let us take a look at this brand-new batch of games.

First up is Atomica, a 3D exploration game/walking simulator where you will walk "across the surfaces of proteins, discover ligands, and experience the nanoscale world as an immersive landscape".

Intriguing, huh?

After being shrunk down, you will find yourself navigating molecular landscapes in an attempt to turn the invisible world of biology into an actual place you can explore.

Built using actual scientific data, fans of science will want to check this little gem out.

Next is a free gambling game for all of those who love spending that virtual cash.

Using realistic physics and multiplayer mechanics, Plink by Pokerist will see you play legendary betting games for absolutely free by dropping balls from the top of a pyramid and seeing where they land.

Do you have what it takes to become a legend?

Still more to come

From betting to battling as Endure: The Middle Age is an open-world survival game set on a continent surrounded in a mysterious and corrupting mist.

With humans and creatures alike now hostile, it will be up to you to build, explore, and lead the last free settlement as the fight for survival begins.

Not only that but will you have what it takes to uncover the source of the creeping darkness?

Last but by no means least is Galduen of the Void.

In this fantasy space agency management game, you will need to manage your team, design and decorate your space ship and research new technology as you explore moons, reach planets and eventually, the void beyond.

Explore a galaxy of enigmatic worlds as you train your astronauts, build outposts and discover the secrets of the Galduen with its distinct culture and religion influenced by the stars.

All of these titles and thousands more are free to download and play courtesy of Steam right now for PC players so if you are ever stuck on what to play next, look no further.
