Speculation regarding the possibility of a GTA VI and PlayStation 5 Pro bundle is causing a rift between gamers as they argue it out.

The idea of GTA VI on the PS5 Pro once sounded like a brilliant combination, but now that we’ve seen the PS5 Pro and its price tag fans aren’t so sure.

After months of rumours, we’ve finally seen the official reveal for the PS5 Pro.

It's time to watch the GTA VI trailer and manifest a second trailer reveal

While we’ve all been desperate to see this so-called marvellous new hardware, the final unveiling has left a lot to be desired.

Still, while it’s not gone down well with Sony fans, its imminent arrival has fans wondering about the console being paired with Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated title.

Twitter user @EverythingVLcreated a concept photo of what a GTA VI PS5 Pro bundle may look like, which in turn has caused fans to start arguing about how expensive such an offer would be.

If you somehow missed the backlash surrounding the PS5 Pro price, it’ll retail at £699, and that’s just the starting price. In short, it's going to cost you big time.

Fans believe a bundle with one of the most hyped games in years would cause some to almost go bankrupt.

When asked if such a bundle will ever exist, user ShinySanders said, “For $900 yes.”

From there, a long list of comments went back and forth over pricing, each comment a snide remark on PlayStation’s questionable choices.

With the PS5 Pro costing “$959 in Canada just for the console”, a $999 fee for both a game and hardware doesn’t seem so outrageous.

It obviously is, but when the console is costing you almost a grand anyway, you want to get a bit more bang for your buck.

“With PS5 Pro priced at $700 in the USA, close to $1000 in the rest of the world, I hardly see anyone buying this, even if GTA VI was bundled with it.

“People aren’t crazy, they will probably buy the regular PS5 with GTA VI because this is just way too expensive for most people,” commented blue_falcon92.

A bundle would need to make it worth gamers’ time if it’s to attract any buyers comfortable enough to part with such a large amount of cash in one go.
