Allowing users to stream games from their PlayStation 5 via Wi-Fi, the PS Portal is continuing to reward fans with many more titles that they can dive into on the go.

PlayStation’s newest handheld console offers users the chance to game on the go and now thanks to a recent update, the PS Portal can now stream many more games from the PlayStation Plus Premium library.

Check out the PlayStation Portal in the trailer below!

As of March 2025, users will be able to access a wide selection of classic titles, including PS1 and PSP games, to the Cloud Gaming beta library.

Sony’s expansion to add more cloud gaming features continues and for users in qualifying countries, this means the arrival of almost every PS1 and PSP title found in the Classics Catalogue.

More specifically, players can now access 32 PS Plus Premium titles found on the PlayStation Cloud Gaming list as well as the Classic titles which are now available to stream directly to the PS Portal.

However, this new feature is only available across 30 eligible countries as it is only accessible to handheld owners who have the PS Portal Cloud Streaming beta.

For those unaware, the Cloud Streaming beta allows users to stream games without their PlayStation 5 if they are subscribed to PS Plus Premium.

I am sure Sony will extend this beta across other countries in the future, but for now, it is inaccessible for many users.

If you are eligible, however, you can explore PlayStation’s PS1 games on the PS5 courtesy of the Classics Collection.

As spotted by True Trophies, a handful of PS1 and PSP games still have not received streaming support including: Worms, Worms Armageddon, Grandia, or Harvest Moon Back to Nature which means that these emulated versions can’t be streamed.

Other than that, you are free to explore the library from this month onwards.
