PlayStation Plus drops 13 free games you can download for March

PlayStation Plus subscribers can get their hands on a ton of new free games

PlayStation has announced a hefty batch of new games that you can download and play for free in March, provided you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber.

Last month PlayStation announced Sifu, Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, Hello Neighbor 2, and, F1 2023 as the free games for PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers. Now we know the games PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will be able to get their hands on, and there's some very tasty additions.

Take a look at our 10/10 review of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth below!

As confirmed by PlayStation over on its official blog, there are no less than 13 games subscribers will be able to get their hands on. The month is headlined by NBA 2k24, Marvel's Midnight Suns, and Resident Evil 3 (the remake). We're also getting Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, which is a nice tribute following the passing of Akira Toriyama last week.

The full list of games for PS Plus Extra is as follows:

  • NBA 2K24
  • Marvel's Midnight Suns
  • Resident Evil 3
  • Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
  • Super Neptunia RPG
  • Blood Bowl 3
  • Mystic Pillars: Remastered
  • LEGO DC Supervillains

And PS Plus Premium:

  • Jak and Daxter The Lost Frontier
  • Cool Boarders
  • Gods Eater Burst
  • Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy
  • JoJos Bizarre Adventure AllStar Battle R

Don't forget that you'll also be able to earn free store credit by checking out this month's PlayStation Plus games. I mean, you'd be a fool to turn down such a thing. A fool, I say.

Finally, PlayStation confirmed the first season of My Hero Academia will be available for Premium subscribers to stream from April 1, along with a number of other 'select series from Crunchyroll.
