It seems as though December is not the best month when it comes to PlayStation Plus offerings but there are still some underrated gems in here somewhere.
For example, Neon White is a first-person shooter and puzzle-platforming game first launched back in 2022 and was met with very positive reviews thanks to its fast-paced action and unique art style.
If you are looking for something horrifying to play this Christmas, you can team up with friends in The Outlast Trials.
Based on the single-player title Outlast, this multiplayer version is set during the Cold War and will see players team up to become guinea pigs for the Murkoff Corporation.

As you can expect, a whole lot of horror, gore and fear awaits if you are feeling brave enough.
A perfect game for the family next month is LEGO Horizon Adventures, a collaboration between The LEGO group and Guerrilla Games, or more specifically, its Horizon Zero Dawn title.
The title aims to reinterpret Horizon Zero Dawn by depicting Aloy and her mechanical enemies in standard LEGO form which is perfect for all ages this festive period.

It seems as though Sony is going all out with the horror this month with the inclusion of Killing Floor 3 but it is not all blood and gore as Synduality Echo of Ada will see you enjoy an anime-style game set in the far future where a mysterious poison rain threatens to wipe out the few humans that remain.
All of these titles will be available to access for free in the PlayStation Plus library from 2 December and will last until 5 January.
Additionally, PlayStation Plus members have until Monday 1 December to add Stray, EA Sports WRC 24 and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator to their game library before they head back to full price.
