PlayStation Plus’ latest batch of essential tier freebies has now arrived, with users able to download and keep three titles this month.

You may have missed the initial announcement given that Sony decided to unveil it during the most recent State of Play as opposed the usual way via Twitter and the PlayStation Blog.

It’s not a bad month at all.

If you venture over to PS Plus’ essential tier right now, you’ll find WWE 2K24, Dead Space, and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus all available to download.

Let’s kick off with WWE 2K24, which sort of speaks for itself.

Clearly, this is one that’s going to appeal to wrestling fans, but I’ll let GAMINGbible’s Richard Lee Breslin explain why.

Awarding the game a score of nine in our review, he wrote, “What we have here is essentially a near-perfect pro wrestling game. It looks gorgeous, has a stacked roster, tons of fun modes and so much replay value that it might not even warrant purchasing next year's game.”

Take a look at WWE 2K24 in action below.

The second title is perfect for halloween, and that is EA’s 2023 remake of Dead Space.

We enjoyed this one too, awarding a score of eight.

“With this Dead Space, the developer welcomes not only faithful players but fresh-faced recruits and stunningly enough, neither of them know what they’re in for. They will love the ride though,” we wrote in our review.

It’s not a perfect game but it sure is an enjoyable horror romp and when it’s totally free, you can’t really complain.

That leaves us with Doki Doki Literature Club Plus which, I’ll admit, I’m yet to play.

It was, however, recently recommended to me, so I’ll certainly be picking this one up.

Released slightly earlier, back in 2017, this one’s a visual novel that follows a group of literature club high school students as a new member sets about dating someone in the group.

It’s up to you who you date with a number of different endings awaiting you.

If there’s something that’s your cup of tea, then get downloading. Remember, once it’s been added to your library, it’s yours to keep.
