If there's one thing we all definitely have right now, it's money to spare. Between all my bills going up and a quick trip to the shop for dinner feeling more like a mugging, I'm definitely absolutely flush with cash.

Thank goodness, then, for PlayStation, who has come along to hoover up any spare income I have by announcing a gorgeous new bit of kit that I already know I'll be completely powerless to resist.

Announced over on the PlayStation Blog, The Last Of Us fans will no doubt be delighted to get their grubby mitts on a stunning new limited-edition DualSense controller with a design inspired by the acclaimed Naughty Dog saga.

“We were excited by the chance to memorialize The Last of Us franchise in a controller that fans and our own team would love," Naughty Dog said.

"We wanted to ensure that both installments of The Last of Us are represented, via trophy icons printed in black gloss across the controller body. Among the trophies, three particular images will immediately stand out for TLOU fans: The firefly, moth, and wolf. Players will recognize the Fireflies’ iconic spray-painted logo that originated in Part I, while the moth and wolf represent the intertwining lives and duality between Ellie and Abby in Part II.“

It's a stunner of a controller, to be sure, but it doesn't come cheap. Pre-orders for this lil' minx begin 14 March, and picking one up will set you back £74.99.

If I had to guess, I would suggest this is going to sell out immediately. So mark your calendars and be quick on the draw.
