The PlayStation Plus refresh is here, and there are several new games vying for your attention, all available to download and play, right now.

If you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you’ll know that each month a new selection of games becomes available for users, often bringing some absolute heat.

Hogwarts Legacy headlines PlayStation Plus this month

This month, the headliner title is Hogwarts Legacy, a game that transports players into the world of Harry Potter.

Hogwarts Legacy became a bestseller within weeks of it launching, as players finally got to become a part of a much-loved franchise, slinging spells and crafting potions in the hallowed halls of Hogwarts.

Also available, is the brilliant Lost Records: Bloom & Rage - Tape 2, which picks up where the first part left off and brings the mystery to a close.

Will it be a satisfying pay-off for those who fell in love with the characters and drama of the initial release?

If shooters are more your thing, then Battlefield 1 has arrived for you to blast your way through a warzone (not that one) and the bonus here is that you can buddy up with your mates.

PlateUp! brings more multiplayer shenanigans, as you try to run a haphazard kitchen and serve customers while your friends help, or hinder you.

This one is bags of fun, and can be played by the whole family.

If you’re a subscriber to the premium tier of PlayStation Plus, then you’ve got two retro gems to play this month.

First up, there’s Alone in the Dark 2, which brings moody atmosphere, plenty of scares, and some creepy monsters, who naturally linger in the shadows.

War of the Monsters is a PS2 throwback that pits huge monsters against each other. Think Godzilla battling it out with King Kong and you’re on the right track.

That’s it for this month, we’ll be back soon to highlight more games.
