It is hard to believe that it has been almost 15-years since The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was first released, especially as it remains as popular today as it was back in 2011.
Released by Bethesda as the fifth main instalment in its beloved The Elder Scrolls franchise, Skyrim is considered its magnum opus and thanks to its dedicated modding community, it still boasts an impressive player base to this day which is all the more impressive considering it is a single-player RPG.
It is that modding community that has made it possible to still find new and exciting things to do across the world of Skyrim and today’s story is no exception.

Courtesy of iyreshot over on Nexus Mods, Angis Camp Overhaul is a brand-new The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim mod which completely revamps an iconic location found within the extensive open-world map.
“Angi has been hammering away for the past 14 years... it's time she has something to show for it,” the mod description reads.
Of course, Angi refers to the Nord NPC who lives in seclusion in her camp south of Falkreath.
After taking revenge on the pair of drunken Imperials who killed her parents, Angi now lives in seclusion and it is here that the Dragonborn can learn how to improve their archery skills.
It is this homestead which is the subject of today’s free mod as it completely overhauls the look and feel of the place Angi now calls home.
What does this mod add?
“Angi’s Camp is boring, and not as snowy as I would like it to be. (It's also very empty for a character who is out here surviving alone.)” The modder continues.
As such, the creator has turned Angi’s bare camp into a snowy landscape complete with brand-new elements such as a new shack, new overlook, small fenced area, and a whole lot of snow.
Described as a “lightweight overhaul”, you should not expect any major changes but it is still enough to add a bit more realism to Angi’s hideout.
Angis Camp Overhaul was uploaded to Nexus Mods just yesterday so if you are looking for another excuse to dive back into The Elder Scrolls VI: Skyrim, let this free download be it.
