Halo fans obsessed with wild new release

I love this

Halo fans, rejoice, as you can now get immersed in the Halo universe like never before thanks to this insane expansion.

We’ve had a rough couple of months (years) but this does put a smile on my face, and it’ll likely put one on yours too…

Speaking of Halo, the live-action TV series has landed on Netflix now and it’s actually performing quite well, time for a rewatch?

While Halo has always been about getting into a big hunk of armour and laying waste to hordes of aliens you don’t often see the actual war that often.

Spartans are more tactical and tend to go behind enemy lines as we see in the games, but this mod for Arma 3 puts you on the front lines as either the humans or Covenant.

Its official name is Operation Trebuchet, and as you can imagine it’s caused quite a buzz of excitement with the online Halo community.

Reddit user georgeoj shared a video of the mod to the subreddit, featuring players roaming the map as grunts and blowing stuff up. As you can imagine fans had a lot of positive things to say about the mod as a whole.

“I cannot wait for the brutes to get added to the halo arma modding scene, I can’t wait to be a hapless marine about to be torn asunder by a 8ft Roid Goliath with anger issues and an appetite for me” said one commenter, who I hope is doing okay…

Another added “God can we PLEASE get an actual game like this instead of having to rely on the fan base to make something that’s actually good?”

Halo fans are dying of thirst right now when it comes to new, good games, but that rebrand sounds promising and if the next game is a reboot as the rumours say we might be onto something good.
