There’s one game that’s currently the talk of the town, and that’s Crimson Desert.
Pearl Abyss’ upcoming action-adventure has secured the attention of many with its promises of a sprawling open world, filled to the rafters with bonkers things to do.
The game follows Kliff, a member of a group known as the Greymanes who are decimated during a deadly battle.
The adventure begins as our hero sets out to rebuild the group and locate his lost comrades.

Crimson Desert boasts the aesthetic of The Elder Scrolls or The Witcher, but considering you can fly, use a jetpack, and freely launch yourself from trees for the hell of it, it’s most definitely its own kettle of fish.
With devs boasting that the world is twice as big as Skyrim’s and larger than Red Dead Redemption 2’s, gamers are eagerly waiting to see if Pearl Abyss really can pull this off.
If you are someone who’s itching to dive into the game, you can actually nab yourself a nice little downloadable gift with a certain type of pre-order.
Pre-Order Crimson Desert From The Epic Games Store To Add a Bonus Freebie
If you pre-purchase Crimson Desert specifically on PC from the Epic Games Store, you can secure yourself a Kliff skin for Fortnite.
The in-game Fortnite cosmetic will become available to use from 18 March at 6pm ET.

Weirdly, despite this being advertised as a pre-purchase bonus, the T&Cs do specify that eligible purchases after launch day via the Epic Games Store will also nab the skin.
You just need to purchase Crimson Desert with the same Epic account you use to play Fortnite.
Eventually, Kliff will be made available to purchase as normal from Fortnite’s in-game item shop.
If you end up refunding Crimson Desert via the Epic Games Store for any reason, you will also lose the Kliff skin.
It’s a pretty cool skin, I have to say. It does appear to be a skin only.
I’m curious to see whether it's accompanied by any other items when it finally becomes available to purchase in Fortnite.
Kliff is supposedly an incredibly skilled swordsman so it would be cool to get an emote that reflected that, plus we’ve all seen his weird flying transformation in Crimson Desert’s gameplay clips.
That could make for an awesome glider.
If you are thinking of purchasing Crimson Desert on PC, this possible bonus item is not to be overlooked.
Fortnite has just controversially raised the pricing of V-Bucks where players now get 800 for the same price they used to recieve 1,000.
Given that collab skins like this usually cost 1,500 or 2,000 V-Bucks, Kliff could end up being a very pricey purchase.
