Nintendo Switch 2 first trailer teased by insiders

The Nintendo Switch 2, as it has been tentatively named by the gaming community, is the next console we can expect from Nintendo.

There are very few details about the console currently available, other than a confirmation that the system actually exists from Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa back in May.

A lot of people are desperate for more info regarding the console, if reactions to the new “leak” from an industry insider regarding the system are anything to go by.

The video game industry “Media Personality” Paul Gale recently announced on Twitter that they’d been sent some insider info regarding a new video game console, which everyone immediately has assumed is the Switch 2 given Gale’s love for anything Nintendo.

“I cannot verify this firsthand,” Gale stated in a Twitter post, “but something huge just came my way…”

“Supposedly, quite recently, a trailer-like commercial was filmed to promote a certain next generation console. If this is indeed the case, I think we are one-six weeks away from a reveal.”

Gale wasn’t the only person who received the heads up however, as a well known and often accurate leaker known as NateTheHate posted on ResetEra’s forums that they had also heard something similar.

“Have a feeling this is the same thing I was sent a month ago but the info is very, very difficult to verify…” Nate stated in a reply on ResetEra’s forums.

“There was one bit of information that I've been waiting to see if it appears in a game trailer, as it would help verify the information further; but the game in question has not had a new trailer released, yet.”

For the time being, it’s best taken with a grain of salt (as all gaming leaks and rumours should be) but the next few weeks will hopefully shed some more light on things.
