Nintendo Switch 2's first pre-orders have gone live

At long last, the Nintendo Switch 2 was announced earlier this month and ahead of its launch later this year, pre-orders have already gone live for some much-needed accessories.

It has been almost eight years since the Nintendo Switch burst onto the scene and delivered us some incredible titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

However, as with all technology, it is finally time to upgrade it and now thanks to an official confirmation from Nintendo, we now know that we will be receiving the Nintendo Switch 2 later this year.

With the new handheld expected to be bigger and better, we can only imagine what it will be capable of and what games will be arriving alongside it.

For now, we have to wait for more news from Nintendo at its Direct show on 2 April.

However, that does not mean that we can’t plan ahead and pre-order a few accessories.

Accessory manufacturer Satisfye has announced the arrival of the ZenGrip 2 for the Nintendo Switch 2.

As a new and improved version of the ZenGrip Pro, this next-gen accessory offers even more comfort and functionality with an emphasis on ergonomics.

Thanks to its “advanced floating design”, the ZenGrip 2 improves cooling and prevents scratches as well as offering a much more secure grip for those who are worrying about the increased size of the Switch 2.

This accessory also features integrated storage for two game cartridges, a built-in vertical stand and non-slip rubber grips.

Overall, Satisfye’s goal was to allow players to decrease hand fatigue which will see them play for much longer.

The ZenGrip 2 is now available to pre-order with prices starting at $49.99 for the “Founder’s Edition” in midnight black, or $69.99 for a bundle which includes a case.

Although we do not yet have a date for the Nintendo Switch 2’s launch, this accessory will make your experience with the new handheld a lot easier when the time finally arrives.
