At midnight (Friday November 28), the first ever Star Trek LEGO kit touched down online, and it's already in huge demand.
A celebration of the iconic television franchise, the LEGO kit is designed to create the USS Enterprise as seen in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

But you'll need to hurry if you're keen. According to fans, the site 'crashed' overnight due to overwhelming demand.
On Reddit, one Star Trek fan said: "That was the first time I couldn't get on the LEGO website."

What to know about the new LEGO Star Trek Enterprise set
As per the website, you will join Captain Jean-Luc Picard and his crew aboard the legendary U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D™ in the first-ever LEGO Star Trek set.
You will unwrap a detailed replica of the iconic starship with a detachable command saucer, opening shuttlebay, and angled display stand included.
As for the figurines, the lineup includes the likes of Lieutenant Commander Data, Lieutenant Worf, and Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge.
It may have only just launched, but rave reviews are coming in thick and fast.
