GTA 6 fans are getting hyped for 6 November

Will we be let down again?

It is coming up to a year since Rockstar Games released the first official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI.

Now with the game itself expected to drop in a year's time, fans are starting to wonder when we will receive our next official look.

Check out the record-breaking Grand Theft Auto VI trailer below!

Dropping on 4 December 2023 and hitting an incredible 93 million views in just 24 hours, the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer gave us our first official look at our brand-new protagonists as well as the return of Vice City.

After multiple leaks and rumours, this was our first footage from Rockstar itself and although it didn’t seem possible, it did indeed build the hype for the highly-anticipated game even more.

However, it is coming up to a year since we received that trailer and fans continue to speculate as to when we will get the second.

In a discussion over on r/GTA6, one user believes that it may release as early as 6 November.

Posting an infographic on Rockstar’s trends between announcements and its latest earnings reports, it would make sense for a trailer two announcement to take place next week.

As you can imagine, this post soon kicked off a debate with some fans hoping it is true whilst others were feeling fed up with all of the speculation.

“Honestly, with how Trailer 1 went I’m starting to think Rockstar are going to announce the trailer the morning of release instead of a week early,” the top comment read.

Another said: “"They'll release the trailer in a few days" "Surely this week" "Earnings call is soon, there's gotta be a trailer" "GTA V is having is having its birthday, surely the trailer should release"”

With Rockstar’s last earnings call taking place on 6 November, it would make sense for the company to at least give us an update on Grand Theft Auto VI’s progress.

However, with fans being let down multiple times in the past, it is probably worth not being too excited.
