Every day, I’m bamboozled by the things that get posted in the GTA VI Reddit boards, with fans just chewing the walls in frustration and excitement over the game.
I envy their dedication, to be honest, because there’s always some bonkers theory, or someone picking apart the trailers, trying to find any extra news about the long-awaited GTA VI.
The latest thread to catch our eye is from a Redditor who posted “We just had our last June without GTA VI.”
It was hilariously removed for being “low effort” and, of course, other fans jumped in to mock the post and generally roast it.

“NGL whenever I come across this sub I laugh, cus the posts here are pure comedy,” said Fair_Lake_5651.
I think some fans see posts like this as a kind of desperation, whether that’s for the game or just for attention, it’s hard to say, but many just laugh along.
“Hi I'm Jim Rockstar,” says _ggtwd_, who continues, “We are now releasing GTA VI in July 2026 so you have another June without GTA VI.”
The comments keep coming, with another Redditor saying, “R* in January 2026: well, regarding that…”

Here’s another, who brilliantly comments, “*our last June so far.”
We’re not mocking the excitement for the game, heck, we’re eager to venture into Vice City and start exploring, but it’s funny to see so many random posts about the game.
Rockstar Games will likely be posting updates as this year comes to an end, so there will be actual gameplay features to discuss, and that can’t come soon enough for most.
Even the other members of the subreddit are wondering if we’re at a breaking point, with one saying, “Okay, this is getting kinda silly,” and then another chimed in with, “Brother, blink twice if u need help.”
