It is hard to believe but it has already been seven months since we saw the first official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI.

Since then, fans have been speculating as to when Rockstar is set to drop our next look at the highly-anticipated game.

Check out the first official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI below!

However, with no confirmation from the studio, a second trailer could arrive at any time so it is no wonder that fans have begun analysing anything Rockstar has to offer.

That is why a recent update for Grand Theft Auto Online has some eagle-eyed fans notice a small detail which could hint at the highly-anticipated trailer.

In an official post on the Rockstar Games Twitter account, we can see the news of a new Pegassi Pizza Boy scooter arriving to GTA Online.

However, GTA VI fans were more focused on the number plate featured in the image which reads ‘PIZZ4’.

More importantly, a sticker in the top left corner of the plate reads ‘OCT’ which could hint at the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI arriving in just three months.

Although that would mean it has been over 300 days since the last trailer, something is better than nothing and it will give us some insight into how development is looking for the long-awaited entry.

Of course, this teaser should be taken with a pinch of salt and could just be a simple coincidence and fun speculation.

Although some fans are excited by this possible development, others are getting fed up with the constant speculation.

One comment over on r/GTA6 read: “Jesus Christ…just stop. The trailer will come out when it comes out. It’s not going to be hidden in some image or social media post or from the previous trailer.”

Whether or not this new GTA Online discovery is related to GTA VI in any way, it is still interesting to see how the next instalment in the Grand Theft Auto series remains this highly anticipated even after a ten-year hiatus.
