Christmas is the season for being with family and friends, according to most of the adverts that get shoved in my face. Personally, I prefer to hole up alone with a good video game or two. Luckily for you, I have 12 free ones I'm sure you'll like.
Ubisoft recently opted to go all in on Assassin's Creed. Assassin’s Creed Mirage was an awesome return to the series' roots. Next year we have Assassin's Creed Jade in Ancient China, followed swiftly by an Assassin’s Creed set in Japan. There's also Assassin's Creed Nexus, which we really loved.

Where you start is completely up to you, of course, I'd suggest you kick off with Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, because it absolutely slaps.
