GTA 6 fans roast surprise release from Rockstar Games

GTA VI fans are getting increasingly frustrated as the wait extends between that last trailer and literally any news.

Everyone is eager to hear more from Rockstar Games on what will likely be the biggest video game launch in the medium’s history.

Red Dead Redemption has finally reached PC and fans are thrilled to play the classic Rockstar Games title

So, when Rockstar Games speaks everyone immediately listen, and sometimes, more often than not sadly, it’s not the GTA VI news everyone wants to hear and the roasting begins.

This is exactly what happened a few days ago when the developer announced that GTA V on PC is getting an overhaul akin to a remaster.

“We getting GTA 5 Remaster before GTA 6 LESS GOOO,” said one Twitter user with, what we interpret as sarcasm.

Of course, there’s the obligatory, “We want GTA 6 news,” from another fan.

The problem is, Rockstar Games does have a few other titles under their belt that they can discuss.

And, at any other time, this news would be welcomed with open arms, but the people are getting impatient.

“I have a feeling that this is a sign that GTA 6 development isn’t going so smooth,” not entirely sure how this Twitter user worked this one out.

“Boooring :3” announced another fan.

Then there’s PRblaxe8 who said, “That’s awesome and all, but bro, 2025 is supposed to be GTA 6 hype train, all attention to that. This makes me feel like we might get 6 at the very end of 25, beginning of 26.”

And one last comment from another frustrated player who says, “Man I don't care about GTA 5 anymore I want GTA 6 on PC the same day as consoles.”

Good luck on that one, it’s pretty much a guarantee that GTA VI won’t reach PC on day one.

Another week, another round of disappointment for fans of Grand Theft Auto.
