GTA 5 free downloads available now, you have until 7 August

GTAV Online players have got some tasty freebies to grab at the moment, but they’re only available until 7 August, so you’ll need to put some time in soon.

There’s a brand new car to buy and it’s been added specifically for those who love to take part in drift races, which is the theme of these free items.

You can buy the Benefactor Vorschlaghammer from the Southern San Andreas Super Autos website and members of GTA+ will get the drift tuning kit for free, otherwise you’ll need to drop some cash to make it drift nicely.

You can then use this car in the drift racing series where, at the moment, you’ll receive double the GTA$ and RP until 7 August. GTA+ members get even more with 4X the GTA$ and RP.

There’s currently a weekly challenge for drift races requiring you to take part in six races for a cash reward of GTA$100,000, and you also get a sweet Rockstar Games helmet to wear in-game.

GTA+ subscribers will get the Benefactor Vorschlaghammer for free, so you won’t have to put down the initial outlay of cash.

These offers run alongside recent freebies like the ‘Pizza This…’ t-shirt which is earned by delivering pizzas and helping the community reach a target of 30,000,000 deliveries.

Players can also earn 3XGTA$ from taxi journeys currently, which is a nice way of earning a bit of extra cash, especially if you’re into role-playing and need a few bucks.

GTAV Online remains incredibly popular and sees millions of players sign in every month to enjoy limited events and receive rare items for free.
